Eligible conditions for instalment payment : Customers with order amount exceeding HKD$8000 and including on-site decoration service can choose to pay in 3 instalments.

Payment Process

Deposit payment : Customers need to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit to confirm the order;

Mid-term payment : Customers should pay 40% of the total amount within 3 days after all materials are delivered;

Final payment : The customer must pay the remaining 30% within 48 hours after signing for the wedding decoration.
If the customer cancels the wedding event, all payments made will not be refunded or changed.

Rescheduling Notice and Fees

If customers need to reschedule their booking, they must notify the company at least 3 months in advance. The first rescheduling is free of charge, and each subsequent rescheduling fee is HKD2,500.

If the rescheduling notice is less than 3 months, the company will charge an additional 10-15% of the total order amount as an administrative fee.

Handling of postponements : If a postponement is notified within one week before the event, it will be deemed as a cancellation of the event and the relevant terms and conditions for event cancellation will apply.

Inclement Weather Postponement

If the installation needs to be postponed due to bad weather, the customer should notify the company 24 hours before the installation;

When rescheduling an event, customers must inform the company at least one month in advance.

Special Weather Labor Fees : If a Typhoon Warning No. 3 or below or a Yellow Rainstorm Warning is issued 4 hours before installation and dismantling and the activity still needs to proceed, the company will charge a labor fee of 25% of the total amount.

Non-regular time surcharge : If the installation and clean-up time starts earlier than 8:30 or later than 23:30, an additional fee of HKD1500 will be charged.

Layout confirmation and modification : After the layout is completed, the customer needs to arrange for someone to confirm and sign for it. If changes are required after signing, Additional charges may apply.

Other additional fees

If staff are required to be on standby at the venue, additional fees will be charged;

If the location of the venue is far from the parking lot, or there are slopes, stairs, or manual transportation required, customers may be required to pay additional fees after being informed in advance by the staff;

If the inclement weather signal is cancelled and the event continues, customers are required to allow at least 5 hours before installation for staff to arrive at the venue.

Customized design fee : If you need to designate a wedding planner for customized layout, you need to pay an additional design fee of HKD1,500, which includes 1 design draft and 2 free revisions. Each subsequent revision of the design draft will be charged HKD800.

Pattern making fee : If pattern making is required, our company will charge corresponding additional fees.

Compensation for prop damage : During the event, if the rented props are damaged or lost, the customer will be responsible for the compensation costs.

Facility protection : If the customer moves any activity settings without the written permission of the company and causes any accident, The company is not responsible for any of this.

Interpretation of Terms : The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
