Local delivery

・Delivery within standard time period

Standard delivery service is available from 09:00 - 23:30, Monday to Sunday.

・Delivery at a designated time

Generally speaking, customers who place an order on or before 11:59am on the same day can enjoy next-day/designated day business hours delivery service.

・Instant delivery

Special delivery services for rush orders are subject to additional charges. Please contact customer service first to ensure the product you need is in stock.

Overseas delivery

Countries or regions outside Hong Kong will open for purchase one by one.

Change/cancel order

Change delivery details or greeting card content

We'd be happy to change the recipient's address, greeting card content, delivery date, or items in your order up to 24 hours before the original delivery date. We suggest you contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +852 7074 4270 to make these changes.


Changes or adjustments to ordered goods

If your order is being prepared, has been packaged, or is already in the hands of the delivery team, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Any additional costs incurred due to changes in goods and delivery address at the customer's request shall be borne by the customer. If the value of the replacement goods is lower than the value of the original goods, the difference will not be refunded.

Cancel order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at least 72 hours before the delivery time.

If you request to cancel your order within 12 hours of the delivery time, an administrative fee of HKD200 will be charged.

*Once an order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled and will be delivered by the delivery company on time.

Complaints about goods and services

  1. If your ordered products or items arrive damaged or malfunctioning, we are happy to assist you. We will ask you to provide photos so that we can better understand the problem or extent of the damage.
  2. We cannot offer replacements for any products that have been successfully delivered.
  3. In the event of any refund, the amount will be returned to the customer's original payment method, credit card, PayPal account, or payment account.
