Special delivery services for urgent orders are subject to a surcharge. Please contact customer service first to ensure that the product you need is in stock.

Change/cancel order

Change shipping information or card content

We are happy to change the recipient's address, card content, delivery date or items in your order up to 24 hours before the original delivery date of your order. We recommend that you contact our customer service team via WhatsApp +852 6747 2354 to make these changes.


Change or adjust ordered items

If your order is in preparation, has been packed or is already in the hands of the delivery team, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Any additional costs incurred due to changes in goods and shipping address at the customer's request will be borne by the customer. If the value of the replacement item is less than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.

Cancel order

If you want to cancel your order, please notify our customer service team via WhatsApp 72 hours before delivery time. Submit to customer service team 72 hours before delivery time.

If you request to cancel your order within 12 hours before the delivery time, you will need to pay an administrative fee of HKD200.

*Once the order is packed, it cannot be canceled and will be sent out on time by the delivery company.

Complaints about goods and services

If you have any questions or concerns about a product that has been shipped or received, please contact our customer service team on WhatsApp (852) 6747 2354 or email Fruitierhongkong@gmail.com.

  1. If a product or item you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, we will be happy to assist and we will ask the customer to provide photos so that we can better understand the extent of the problem or damage to the product.
  2. We are unable to offer replacements for any products that have been successfully shipped.
  3. In the event of any refund, the amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method, credit card, Paypal account or payment account.
