A: After confirming the order, a 50% deposit will be paid, and the factory will arrange production. After completion, delivery will be arranged, and the remaining 50% balance will be paid within 30 days after the customer receives and signs for the goods.

Q: Our company policy doesn't allow advance payments/deposits. What should we do?

A: We can split large orders into several smaller ones. For example, 500 gifts can be divided into five orders of 100 gifts each, with each order's value kept below your company's approval threshold. This way, it avoids multiple approvals, speeds up the process, and offers more flexible payment options.

Q: What if there is a problem with the quality of the goods?

A: If you discover quality issues after receiving the goods, please WhatsApp us photos, and we will immediately arrange for an exchange or refund. We conduct a QC check before the goods leave the factory, and another inspection upon arrival in Hong Kong before delivery, ensuring a double check.
