Irrigation methods:

If planted outdoors, water approximately every 1-2 days; if planted indoors, water approximately every 3-4 days. The watering frequency and method should be adjusted according to the weather and soil moisture.
Before watering, check if the soil is dry. You can insert your finger or a bamboo skewer about 5cm deep into the soil; if no wet soil sticks to your finger/skewer, the plant needs watering. Water the soil surface evenly. After the plant is thoroughly watered, water will drain from the bottom of the pot. (If the soil is very dry, repeat watering 1-2 times.)
*Note that after each watering, excess water should be removed from the saucer to prevent water accumulation and the breeding of mosquitoes.

Fertilization and maintenance methods:

You can use water-based nutrient solutions for flowering plants to promote their growth, extend their flowering period, and make their flowers more vibrant and eye-catching.
When applying fertilizer, you must refer to the usage instructions and guidelines of the specific brand.

Precautions before purchase:

Plants are not standardized commodities; please appreciate and accept the differences in color and shape of each product.
Plants may experience yellowing leaves when changing environments; this is normal and they need about 1-2 months to adapt.

For general plant orders, delivery will be arranged within approximately 7 business days. For plants imported from the Netherlands, the delivery time will be longer, approximately 7-21 business days.

**Due to the busy holiday season, we may close orders two weeks before the New Year. If you plan to order plants before the holidays, please pay attention to the special delivery arrangements at that time.**

After receiving each order, we first contact the customer via WhatsApp, take photos of the goods and send them to the customer. Only after receiving confirmation from the customer will we arrange delivery.

Plants also have natural metabolism; for example, if a leaf turns completely yellow, simply cut off the leaf along with its stem. Remove or cut off any withered flowers.
