Ordering and Payment Instructions:

Even if you have not yet confirmed the decoration venue and exact time, you can reserve the decorator's time for 7 days for $50.

For example: You anticipate the party will be between November 11th and November 18th, but you do not have an exact time yet. You can contact customer service to reserve the slot for November 11th - November 18th for $50. The latest you need to confirm the time is 3 days before the party, so we can prepare the perfect decoration for you.

After the decoration, we will take videos and recordings of the venue and confirm with you via WhatsApp. If you have any questions or need adjustments, please communicate with our customer service on-site / immediately. We will make the changes for you right away.

The full payment must be completed within one day after confirming the decoration date to finalize the ordering service.

Customers please note that all props will be adjusted and changed according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the images you provide / on the official website. However, we will provide you with immediate modification options and preparations to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.

To cancel/refund, you must notify customer service 7 days before the confirmed decoration date. If there is no

notification to customer service 7 days in advance for cancellation/refund, no refund will be issued.
