• This decoration offers Lalamove roadside pickup / on-site decoration (+$1000).

• Welcome to customize your own wedding/party. Decoration area, device size, and color schemes are all negotiable.

Ordering and Payment Instructions:

Even if you have not yet confirmed the decoration venue and exact time, you can reserve a decorator's time for 7 days for $50.

For example: You expect the party to be between November 11th and November 18th, but you haven't confirmed the exact time. You can contact customer service to reserve the slot for $50.

from November 11th to November 18th. The time must be confirmed at least 3 days before the party so we can prepare the perfect decoration for you.

After decoration, we will film and record the venue and confirm with you via WhatsApp. If you have any questions or need adjustments, please communicate with our customer service on-site/immediately. We will make changes for you right away.

The full payment must be completed within one day after confirming the decoration date for the order service to be completed.

Customers please note that all props will be adjusted and varied according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the pictures you provide/on the official website. However, we will provide you with immediate modification options and preparations to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.

To cancel/refund, you must notify customer service 7 days before the confirmed decoration date. Without

a 7-day prior notice to customer service for cancellation/refund, no refunds will be given.
