Change shipping information or card content

We are happy to change the recipient's address, card content, delivery date or items in your order up to 24 hours before the original delivery date of your order. We recommend that you contact our customer service team via WhatsApp +852 6747 2354 to make these changes.

Change or adjust ordered items

If your order is in preparation, has been packed or is already in the hands of the delivery team, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Any additional costs incurred due to changes in goods and shipping address at the customer's request will be borne by the customer. If the value of the replacement item is less than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.

Cancel order

If you want to cancel your order, please notify our customer service team via WhatsApp 72 hours before delivery time. Submit to customer service team 72 hours before delivery time.

If you request to cancel your order within 12 hours before the delivery time, you will need to pay an administrative fee of HKD200.

*Once the order is packed, it cannot be canceled and will be sent out on time by the delivery company.

1. We are happy to assist if the product or item you ordered arrives damaged or faulty and we will ask the customer to provide photos so we can better understand the problem or extent of the damage.
2. We are unable to offer exchanges for any products that have already been delivered.
3. In case of any refund, the relevant amount will be refunded to the customer's original payment method, credit card, Paypal account or such payment account.
