Ordering and Payment Information:

Even if you haven't confirmed the venue or exact time for the decoration, you can reserve our decorating staff's time for 7 days for $50.

For example: If you expect your party to be between November 11th and November 18th, but haven't confirmed the exact time, you can contact customer service to reserve the slot for November 11th-November 18th for $50. The latest you need to confirm the time is 3 days before the party, so we can prepare the perfect decoration for you.

We will take videos and photos of the venue after decoration and confirm with you via WhatsApp. If you have any questions or need adjustments, please communicate with our customer service on site / immediately. We will make changes for you right away. After the decoration is confirmed, if we need to return to the venue to adjust/modify, there will be a charge of $500 per visit.

Generally, full payment is required for successful order placement. If installment payment is needed and the amount exceeds $8000, it can be paid in 50% deposit + 50% final payment. The final payment must be completed within one day after confirming the decoration date.

Customers please note that all props will be adjusted and varied according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the images you provide / official website photos. However, we will provide you with immediate modification options and preparations to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.

If you need to cancel, you must notify customer service 7 days before the confirmed decoration date. Cancellations not notified 7 days in advance will not be refunded.
