• All balloon colors can be changed.

• You can choose the color scheme yourself.

• We also collaborate with professional photography teams, stylists, and makeup artists. Please inquire if you need their services.

• Please confirm the time as early as possible. Discussions must begin at least 3 days in advance.

• Welcome to customize your own wedding/party. Decoration areas, installation sizes, and color schemes are all open for discussion.

• Fees for special requests will be adjusted slightly. Please discuss and confirm with customer service.

Ordering and Payment Information:

Even if you haven't finalized the venue or exact time for the decoration, you can reserve our decoration team's time for 7 days for $50.

For example: If you expect your party to be between November 11th and November 18th, but the exact time is not yet confirmed, you can contact customer service to reserve the slot for November 11th to November 18th for $50. The time must be confirmed at least 3 days before the party so we can prepare the perfect decorations for you.

We will take videos and photos of the venue after decorating and confirm with you via WhatsApp. If you have any questions or need adjustments, please communicate with our customer service on site/immediately. We will make changes for you right away.

The full payment must be completed within one day after confirming the decoration date to finalize the ordering service.

Customers please note that all props will be adjusted and varied according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the images you provide/on our official website. However, we will provide immediate modification options and preparations to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.

Cancellations/refunds must be notified to customer service at least 7 days before the confirmed decoration date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations/refunds not notified to customer service 7 days in advance.
