Ordering and Payment Instructions:

Even if you have not yet confirmed the venue and exact time for the installation, you can reserve the time for the installation staff within 7 days for $50.

For example, you plan to have a party between November 11 and November 18, but there is no confirmed date yet. You can contact customer service to reserve a date for $50.

The dates are from November 11th to November 18th. Please confirm the date at least 3 days before the party so that we can prepare the perfect arrangement for you.

We will film and record the venue after the layout and confirm with you via WhatsApp . If you have any questions or adjustments, please communicate with our customer service on the spot / immediately. We will make changes for you immediately.

The full amount must be paid within one day after the arrangement date is confirmed to complete the order service.

Please note that all props will be adjusted and changed according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the one you provide / official website pictures. However, we will provide you with space and preparation for immediate modification to ensure that you have a perfect and unforgettable party.
