Ordering and payment instructions:

Even if you haven’t decided on the venue and exact time for the layout, you can reserve the time for the layout manpower within 7 days for $50.

For example: You expect the party to be between November 11th and November 18th, but you don’t have a specific time yet. You can contact customer service to reserve for $50 The schedule is from November 11th to November 18th. You need to confirm the time at least 3 days before the party so that we can prepare the perfect decoration for you.

We will take photos and videos of the venue after the layout and confirm with you via WhatsApp . If you have any questions or adjustments that need to be made, please communicate with our customer service on the spot / immediately. We will change it for you right away.

The full payment must be completed within one day after the placement date is confirmed to complete the ordering service.

Customers please note that all props will be adjusted and changed according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the pictures you provide / official website. But we will give you room for instant modifications and preparations to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.
