Ordering and Payment Instructions:

Even if you haven't confirmed the venue and exact time for the event, you can reserve staff time for the event within 7 days for $50.

For example, if you plan to hold your party between November 11th and 18th, but don't have a confirmed date yet, you can contact customer service to reserve a date between November 11th and 18th for $50. You must confirm the date at least three days before your party so we can prepare the perfect setting.

We'll film and video the venue after setup and confirm with you via WhatsApp . If you have any questions or adjustments, please contact our customer service on-site / immediately. We'll make the changes immediately. If we need to return to the venue for adjustments/modifications after setup confirmation, we'll charge $500 per visit.

Generally, full payment is required for successful order placement. If payment is required in installments, and the amount exceeds $8,000, it can be divided into 50% deposit + 50% balance payment. The balance must be paid within one day after the date of the installation is confirmed.

Please note that all props are subject to change and adjustment based on the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Every party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the one you provide or the official website pictures. However, we will provide you with the space and preparation for immediate modification to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.

If you need to cancel, you must notify customer service 7 days before the confirmed arrangement date. No refund will be given if you do not notify customer service 7 days in advance.
