Order and Payment Information:

Even if you have not yet confirmed the venue and exact time for your decoration, you can reserve the setup staff's time within 7 days for $50.

For example: You anticipate your party will be between November 11th and November 18th, but you do not have an exact time yet. You can contact customer service to reserve the slot between November 11th and November 18th for $50. You must confirm the time at least 3 days before the party so we can prepare the perfect setup for you.

After the setup, we will take videos and photos of the venue and confirm with you via WhatsApp. If you have any questions or need adjustments, please communicate with our customer service on-site/immediately. We will make the changes for you right away. If we need to return to the venue to adjust/modify after the setup has been confirmed, a fee of $500 will be charged each time.

For most setups, full payment is required to successfully place an order. If you need to pay in installments and the amount exceeds $8000, it can be split into a 50% deposit + 50% final payment. The final payment must be completed within one day after confirming the setup date.

Please note that all props will be adjusted and varied according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the images you provide/official website pictures. However, we will provide you with immediate modification options and preparations to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.

Cancellations must be notified to customer service 7 days before the confirmed setup date. If customer service is not notified 7 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
