Ordering and payment instructions:

Bionic table flowers are rented in units of 2 hours . Any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as one rental unit. All overdue amounts for rental services will be deducted from the deposit.

Table flowers, customized KT boards, candles and candlesticks, and high table flowers are all rental props. A deposit of $2,000 will be charged here. We are recovering the props and confirming that they are not damaged in any way. Your deposit will be returned to your payment account within 3 working days.

We will take photos and videos of the venue after the layout and confirm with you via WhatsApp . If you have any questions or adjustments that need to be made, please communicate with our customer service on the spot / immediately. We will change it for you immediately

Payment of deposit is the formal order for this product and service. Guests must complete full payment within 30 minutes of confirming the venue layout to avoid all layouts being dismantled. If the guest is dissatisfied with the results and requests all decorations to be dismantled, the deposit will not be refunded.

Customers please note that all props will be adjusted and changed according to the venue, atmosphere, and lighting. Each party is unique and will not be exactly the same as the pictures you provide / official website. But we will provide you with room for instant modifications and preparations to ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable party.
